96.51 Willard House and Clock Museum

This Roasting Jack is considered an English import, which Simon sold in his shop, it is very similar but not identical to the design, which he patented.

Cilinder case made of brass with clockwork inside. Jack is a spring drive, and winds from the front with a key. The base of the main section is octagonal with four screws attaching it to the housing. Small plate on the bottom which is inscribed "Simon Willard Grafton". Also has extra circular unit with attached hooks to cook many pieces of meat at the same time.
